	Welcome! The goal of the Greenville County Register of Deeds office is to serve the citizens of Greenville County by providing excellent customer service. To accomplish this goal, we use the latest technology available and take time with each citizen in order to meet their needs. The Register of Deeds is a constitutional office established by the South Carolina state legislature as the custodian of legal documents pertaining to real property. Our online search provides a convenient way to search and access these recorded documents from 1985 to the present. We are working to add more history to our site, so please check back frequently. We are enthusiastic about our improved, user-friendly site and we anticipate that you will find it easy to use and navigate. All documents are searchable by the parties’ names and can be printed free of charge. Click the Create New User Account button to begin.
